OPERATION PROCEDURES
STEP 1: CASHIER

Present Vehicle documents such as lateset official receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) Original Photo Copy.

Pay corresponding amount for Emission Testing and Issuance of Official Receipt
STEP 2: MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL TECHNICIAN (MVECT)

Present issued OR from the cashier to the MVECT for Emission Testing

After the emission testing, the MVECT will inform customer the result of vehicle test if FAILED or PASSED.
NOTE: Failed emission test is subject for RETEST for seven (7) working days for FREE and give customer advice by the
MVECT a probable cause and corrective measures.
STEP 3: RELEASING OF CETIFICATE OF EMISSION COMPLIANCE (CEC)

​​The Customer will proceed to the realeasing window upon his/her name to be called.

Present official receipt upon claiming the certificate of emission compliance result

Customer should check all necessary details of vehicle information if correct.
STEP 4: MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL TECHNICIAN (MVECT)

After finding that all information related to the vehile is correct and in place, present certificate of emission compliance result to MVECT for his/her signature.
STEP 5: MOTOR VEHICLE LTO REGISTRATION

After Compliance of the above procedures, customer can already proceed to the designated LTO for proper motor vehicle registration.
