GMA EMISSION TESTING CENTER

STEP 1: CASHIER

 

• Present Vehicle documents such as lateset official receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) Original Photo Copy.

• Pay corresponding amount for Emission Testing and Issuance of Official Receipt

 

 

STEP 2: MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL TECHNICIAN (MVECT)

 

• Present issued OR from the cashier to the MVECT for Emission Testing

• After the emission testing, the MVECT will inform customer the result of vehicle test if FAILED or PASSED.

 

NOTE:   Failed emission test is subject for RETEST for seven (7) working days for FREE and give customer advice by the

                        MVECT a probable  cause and corrective measures.

 

STEP 3: RELEASING OF CETIFICATE OF EMISSION COMPLIANCE (CEC)

 

• ​​The Customer will proceed to the realeasing  window upon his/her name to be called.

• Present official receipt upon claiming the certificate of emission compliance result

• Customer should check all necessary details of vehicle information if correct.

 

 

STEP 4: MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL TECHNICIAN (MVECT)

 

• After finding that all information related to the vehile is correct and in place, present certificate of emission compliance result to MVECT for his/her signature.

 

STEP 5: MOTOR VEHICLE LTO REGISTRATION

 

• After Compliance of the above procedures, customer can already proceed to the designated LTO for proper motor vehicle registration.
